Refund Policy

At Sonny Robotics, we take pride in providing high-quality robotics products and reliable service. Please review our policy carefully before making your purchase.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of the delivery date for both defective and non-defective products, provided:

  Item is new, unused, and unopened

  Item is in its original condition and original packaging

  Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

- Used products are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstance. Once used, powered on, or activated, the item is considered final sale.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  Used or powered-on products

  Custom or special-order robots

  Items showing signs of installation, modification, or wear

  Sale, clearance, or discounted items (unless defective)

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at Robots@SonnyDickson.com with:

  Your order number

  Photos of the product and packaging

We will review your claim and, if approved, arrange a replacement or refund depending on stock availability.

4. Return Process

Email Robots@SonnyDickson.com to request a return authorisation.

2.  Once approved, we'll provide the return address and instructions.

3.  Ship the item back using a trackable courier service.

4.  After inspection, we'll notify you regarding refund or exchange approval.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon delivery.

5. Refunds

Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at Robots@SonnyDickson.com.

6. Exchanges

We accept exchanges within 14 days of delivery for both defective and non-defective products, subject to the same eligibility conditions above. To request an exchange, please email Robots@SonnyDickson.com.

7. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, as long as the item hasn't shipped. Once shipped, it will be subject to our return policy.
