Shipping & Delivery

At Sonny Robotics, we make global shipping simple. All orders are shipped directly from our logistics center in Hong Kong with the same flat-rate shipping, regardless of the product.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Custom or pre-order items (such as educational robots or accessories) may take additional time. Estimated lead times are listed on product pages.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

  • Flat-rate shipping applies to all orders — no hidden fees or extra charges.

  • All items ship from Hong Kong via trusted international carriers such as DHL, FedEx, or UPS.

  • Estimated delivery times:

    • Australia & Asia-Pacific: 5–10 business days

    • North America & Europe: 7–14 business days

    • Rest of World: 10–20 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, weather, or carrier delays.

Tracking Information

A shipping confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent once your order has been dispatched. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to become active.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

All international shipments may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes once the package reaches your country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Sonny Robotics is not responsible for lost or damaged packages after dispatch. If your order arrives damaged, contact the courier or our support team immediately for assistance.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
