Product Description

ASTRALL A01 is a heavy-load wheel-leg industrial quadruped built on ASTRALL's self-developed axial flux motor integrated joint modules, delivering industry-leading payload capacity in a rugged, all-terrain platform. At 82 kg with a working payload of up to 80 kg and a maximum standing load of 200 kg, the A01 achieves a payload ratio that places it among the most capable industrial quadrupeds available. Reaching 7 m/s, climbing 45° slopes, clearing 90 cm obstacles, and running for 4 to 8 hours per charge, it is engineered for sustained autonomous operation in power substations, firefighting support, industrial campuses, mining facilities, and petrochemical sites. Dual 192-line LiDAR sensors with 360° by 90° coverage and a 1,280 by 800 depth camera enable centimetre-level autonomous navigation and real-time terrain mapping. AI-powered large-scale reinforcement learning training enables autonomous stair navigation, adaptive load adjustment, and complex obstacle crossing. IP66 protection and operation from -20°C to 55°C ensure reliable performance in the harshest field environments.
