BrainCo Revo 2 is a next-generation bionic dexterous hand engineered to break the historical trade-off between weight and strength, drawing on BrainCo's decade of prosthetic limb development. At just 383 g and 160 x 76 mm, it is one of the lightest high-performance dexterous hands in production, yet delivers 50 N grip force and 20 kg payload capacity, achieving a grip-to-weight ratio of 52.6 that leads the industry. With 11 degrees of freedom and 6 active joints, it covers the full range of human hand grasps including precision pinch, lateral key grip, and power grasp. Built from aerospace-grade aluminium and food-grade polymer, the Revo 2 closes in under 0.65 seconds with 0.1 mm precision and operates at under 50 dB. Available in Basic (position and speed control), Pro (adaptive impedance control), and Touch (multi-modal tactile sensing with pressure, friction, force direction, and proximity detection) configurations across a 9 to 64 V operating range.
