DEEP Robotics J100-64P is the mid-tier member of the J100 series, delivering 180 N·m peak torque and 65 N·m rated torque in a 2.72 kg package, with a torque density of 66.2 N·m/kg. Designed for medium to large legged robots, the J100-64P offers the highest torque coefficient in the J100 range at 2.2 N·m/Arms, enabling greater torque output per unit of current for higher payload capability. Like all J80/J100 series joints, it uses high-speed EtherCAT communication for multi-joint synchronisation, a battery-free absolute multi-turn encoder for reliable positioning, and IP67-rated construction for outdoor durability. Its drive-control separation architecture and compatibility with mainstream motor drivers make it straightforward to integrate into custom robotic platforms.
