DEEP Robotics J80-27P is the entry point to the J80/J100 heavy-duty joint series, delivering 84 N·m peak torque and 28 N·m rated torque in a 1.48 kg package with a torque-to-weight ratio of 56.8 N·m/kg. Operating at up to DC 95 V with a rated voltage of DC 72 V, the J80-27P uses high-speed EtherCAT communication for precise multi-joint synchronisation alongside a battery-free absolute multi-turn encoder for reliable, high-accuracy positioning. Its drive-control separation design enables compatibility with a wide range of mainstream motor drivers and simplifies thermal management in dense robot architectures. The J80-27P bridges the gap between compact J60 joints and the full-size J100 series, making it well suited for medium-scale humanoid and industrial quadruped leg joints.
