Dobot CR3A is the entry-level member of the CRA next-generation cobot series, offering a 3 kg payload and 620 mm reach in the lightest form factor of the range at 16.5 kg. Powered by EtherCAT bus-integrated joints delivering 223°/s joint speed, the CR3A achieves 25% faster cycle times than its predecessor and a maximum TCP speed of 2 m/s. With ±0.02 mm repeatability, IP54 protection, and 22 built-in safety features including 5-level collision detection, it is certified to ISO 13849 and TS15066 for safe human-robot collaboration. DobotStudio Pro graphical programming, drag-to-teach, and secondary development across 20+ platforms make it one of the easiest cobots to deploy. Optional SafeSkin pre-collision sensing detects objects within 15 cm for enhanced safety.
