Dobot CR5A is the most widely adopted member of the CRA series, offering a 5 kg payload and 900 mm reach in a 25 kg platform with a maximum TCP speed of 3 m/s. With ±0.02 mm repeatability and EtherCAT bus-driven joints at 223°/s, the CR5A excels in assembly, machine tending, gluing, polishing, screwdriving, and quality inspection. Its 22-safety-feature system and ISO 13849 and TS15066 certification make it suitable for direct human collaboration in factory environments without barriers. DobotStudio Pro graphical programming and the optional SafeSkin pre-collision sensing system, which detects objects within 15 cm, further enhance safety and ease of deployment.
