EngineAI PM01 is a lightweight, highly dynamic, open-source humanoid robot that delivers research-grade performance in a compact and accessible form. Standing 138 cm tall and weighing approximately 40 kg, the PM01 features 24 degrees of freedom and a distinctive 320° waist rotation for fluid, expressive motion. Its dual-chip architecture, combining an Intel N97 CPU with NVIDIA Jetson Orin, supports cross-platform algorithm deployment across Windows, Ubuntu, and ROS. Custom electric joint modules deliver up to 300 N·m peak torque with a torque density of 203 N·m/kg, enabling walking speeds of up to 2 m/s. The PM01 is celebrated for its end-to-end neural network gait model, which produces natural, human-like locomotion rather than mechanical shuffling. An interactive chest display, expressive LED lighting, and voice command capabilities round out a platform suited for research, commercial demonstrations, and service applications.
