Designed for applications where rigid position control fails, including assembly with tolerance stack-up, polishing of irregular surfaces, and compliant insertion tasks, the Rizon 4 brings Flexiv's core force control and AI capabilities at the most accessible scale. TCP linear speed reaches 1.0 m/s, and the arm is fully CE and ETL certified with ISO 13849-1 PL d Cat. 3 compliance. Its Flexiv RDK SDK supports Python and C++ for rapid application development.
