Product Description
Fourier GR-2 is a major leap forward in humanoid robotics, building on the GR-1's legacy with dramatically enhanced dexterity, power, and developer accessibility. Standing 175 cm and weighing 65 kg, the GR-2 features 53 degrees of freedom including 12-DoF dexterous hands equipped with six array-type tactile sensors that can identify object shape, material, and force in real time. The FSA 2.0 actuator system delivers peak torques exceeding 380 N·m through seven joint-specific actuator types, while a dual-encoder design doubles control accuracy over the previous generation. GR-2 supports VR teleoperation, lead-through programming, and direct command modes for diverse data collection and training workflows. Its upgraded SDK is compatible with NVIDIA Isaac Lab, ROS, and MuJoCo, making it a leading platform for academic research at institutions including ETH Zurich and Carnegie Mellon University.
