IIMT CI-05 is the most widely deployed member of the IIMT CI series, offering a 5 kg payload and 900 mm reach in a 21 kg platform with ±0.02 mm repeatability and 20% faster working speed than its predecessor. Described by IIMT as the smallest industrial collaborative robot arm in their portfolio, the CI-05 is designed for bench-top and constrained production line deployments where compact dimensions and straightforward programming are essential. Linux-based with TCP/IP and Modbus connectivity, it supports laser welding, CNC loading and unloading, palletizing, dispensing, painting, assembly, quality inspection, and screw tightening across automotive, electronics, food and beverage, and metal manufacturing environments.
