IIMT CI-W05 is the dedicated welding variant in the IIMT CI cobot series, purpose-built for collaborative laser welding, arc welding, and other welding automation tasks where a compact, safe, and easily deployable cobot is preferred over a traditional industrial welding robot. Built on the proven CI-05 platform architecture with a 5 kg payload and 900 mm reach, the CI-W05 integrates welding-specific capabilities and tooling compatibility to deliver consistent, programmable weld quality alongside human operators without the need for safety barriers. With IIMT's IP54 protection, Linux-based TCP/IP and Modbus connectivity, and ±0.02 to ±0.05 mm repeatability, it is suitable for laser welding workcell deployments in automotive, electronics, and metal fabrication environments.
