An 11.6-inch HD touchscreen and ergonomic height enable intuitive interaction for both staff and guests. Autonomous navigation is powered by VSLAM with sensor fusion and 3D perception, ensuring smooth, collision-free movement even in crowded spaces. The patented vehicle-grade suspension chassis and optimised motion algorithms guarantee stable delivery of delicate items like soups, beverages, and stacked plates — even on uneven floors.
With up to 18 hours of operating time, auto-charging, and a minimum passage width of just 70 cm, the T9 keeps service running through long shifts and tight spaces.
