The KEENON W3 (ButlerBot W3) is an autonomous hotel and hospitality delivery robot designed for private, hygienic, multi-floor service. With closed, ventilated compartments and contactless delivery, it's ideal for hotels, hospitals, nursing homes, retail, and office environments — handling food, beverages, documents, and amenities with discretion and efficiency.

The W3 features modular cabin configurations (2, 3, or 4 compartments) within a 90 L internal storage system, allowing it to make up to four separate deliveries in a single trip. Each compartment can be accessed independently. With IoT and building communication protocol support, the robot autonomously operates elevators and doors for true multi-floor delivery without staff assistance.

An 11.6-inch HD touchscreen, dual stereo vision cameras with 120° wide-angle FOV, and 270° LiDAR provide panoramic perception and pinpoint obstacle avoidance even in narrow 70 cm corridors. The W3 returns automatically to its charging dock when low on battery and supports up to 14 languages of voice interaction.
