Product Description

MagicLab MagicDog-W is the wheel-legged evolution of MagicDog, built on the MagicDog Pro architecture with an innovative wheel-foot compound locomotion system that intelligently switches between rolling and stepping modes based on terrain. On flat surfaces, the wheel-foot coordination delivers smooth, efficient movement at over 3 m/s. When facing obstacles, stairs, or rough ground, it automatically converts to a full quadruped gait for stable passage, clearing steps up to 60 cm. Powered by 17 self-developed high-torque motor joint modules, MagicDog-W achieves millisecond-level whole-body coordinated movement and can execute front flips, handstands, and bidirectional climbing. Its multimodal interaction system carries forward MagicDog's emotional intelligence, integrating visual recognition, voice interaction, and haptic feedback for natural human-robot collaboration. With 2 to 4 hours runtime and an open SDK, MagicDog-W is a capable platform for university research, logistics last-mile pilots, disaster scouting, and energy facility monitoring.
