RealMan ECO65-6F is the force-sensing variant of the ECO65 series, combining the cost-effective ECO65-B platform with a 6-axis force/torque sensor for compliant manipulation, force-limited insertion, surface following, and contact-aware automation. With 5 kg payload (9 kg peak), 610 mm reach, and ±0.05 mm repeatability in a 7.8 kg body, it retains all the hallmarks of the RealMan ECO design, including integrated controller, IP54 protection, and DC 20–30V low-voltage operation. Its 6-axis force sensing enables applications including polishing, assembly with tolerance stack-up, human-robot force interaction, and precision screwdriving that are beyond the reach of position-only cobots.
