Slamtec Hermes is a commercial-grade multi-floor service robot chassis built for hotels, hospitals, offices, and large commercial facilities. Powered by Slamtec's SLAMWARE localisation and navigation system, Hermes integrates dual LiDAR and dual depth cameras with autonomous path-finding, cross-floor delivery, smart obstacle avoidance, and autonomous recharging in a single, deployment-ready platform.
At 465 × 545 × 276 mm and 40 kg, Hermes carries up to 80 kg on flat surfaces, navigates slopes up to 10°, and supports a maximum operating area of 100,000 m². Its 24V 20Ah lithium iron phosphate battery delivers over 10 hours of no-load operation with a 3 to 3.5 hour charge time. The Pro Max variant extends this to 30Ah and 20+ hours no-load runtime with improved ±2 cm docking accuracy and 500 × 500 m mapping range. Both variants operate at up to 1.2 m/s and support multi-robot obstacle avoidance for up to 3 robots in the same scene.
