UFACTORY 850 is the flagship industrial robot arm in UFACTORY's lineup, delivering 5 kg payload, 850 mm reach, and ±0.02 mm repeatability at a maximum speed of 1 m/s. Built from aluminium and carbon fibre with 17-bit multi-turn absolute encoders on outer-rotor brushless motors and harmonic drives, it is the most precise and capable arm in the UFACTORY range. Designed for continuous 24/7 industrial operation, the 850 supports UFACTORY Studio GUI programming, Python, C++, and ROS, with an open API for deep integration. A 6-axis force/torque sensor option enables compliant manipulation, polishing, and force-limited assembly. Compatible with UFACTORY's full accessory ecosystem including grippers, vacuum tools, BIO gripper, and vision systems.
