Unitree 4D LiDAR L2 is the upgraded successor to the L1, delivering a 30-metre detection range, 64,000 points per second sampling rate (128,000 in dual-return mode), and a 360° x 90° field of view expandable to 360° x 96° in negative-angle mode for even broader spatial coverage. At 230 g with an integrated 1 kHz IMU module for real-time motion compensation, the L2 delivers superior point cloud density and range for demanding SLAM, 3D reconstruction, and autonomous navigation applications. RJ45 network interface replaces the L1's serial connection for higher bandwidth data transmission, and the L2 supports 3D/2D switching, normal/negative angle modes, and IMU enable/disable for flexible deployment configurations. Operating from -10°C to 50°C and meeting Class 1 eye safety standards, the L2 is suited to both indoor and outdoor robot platforms.
