Product Description
The Unitree R1-A7 is a legless dual-arm humanoid from Unitree's R1-D family — the R1 platform reimagined as a pure manipulation worker. With a head, torso, and two 7-degree-of-freedom arms, it delivers genuinely humanlike reach and dexterity rather than simple pick-and-place motion, thanks to the extra elbow and wrist articulation that enables redundant kinematics for reaching around obstacles and natural teleoperation mapping.
Quick-fitted with two-finger grippers or three- and five-finger dexterous hands, the R1-A7 achieves end-clamp accuracy of ±0.1 mm and arm loads of 2–4 kg, all in a compact ~13 kg package that mounts to a bench, station, or fixed platform. For mobile applications, the R1-A7-D variant adds a LiDAR-equipped wheeled base, extending the same manipulation capability to autonomous navigation and mobile data collection tasks.
Built for factories, labs, classrooms, and the data-collection economy, the R1-A7 converts the R1 platform from entertainer to genuine industrial and research worker — with family pricing that starts below comparable dual-arm platforms.
