Product Description

The Unitree Z1 Gripper is the official end-effector for the Unitree Z1 robotic arm — a compact, electrically driven parallel gripper engineered for fast, reliable grasping in research, education, and automation applications. Designed to mount directly to the Z1's J6 end effector plane, it adds practical pick-and-place capability to the Z1 arm without compromising its lightweight, dynamic performance.

With a maximum gripping force of 200 N at the jaw and 150 N at the fingertip, the Z1 Gripper handles a 2 kg payload across a 90° maximum opening angle. A rapid 0.5-second open/close cycle supports fast-paced workflows and dynamic grasping routines. RS485 communication ensures seamless integration with the Z1 arm's control stack, while 24V operation at up to 70W peak power keeps the gripper responsive and energy efficient.

Also available paired with Intel RealSense D405 or D435i depth cameras for proximity recognition and advanced vision-guided grasping at optimal ranges of 7–50 cm.
